Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and returns.
🚚 Shipping Information
Processing Time
All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase.
Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days from the date of shipment.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship anywhere in the United States, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer international shipping at this time.
Carriers
We use USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class Mail, depending on package size and weight.

If you haven’t received tracking information within 7 business days, please contact us at benedettoandhelena@gmail.com — we’ll be happy to help.

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags.
Free Returns
We offer free return labels for all eligible orders shipped within the 48 continental U.S. states.
How to Start a Return
Email us at benedettoandhelena@gmail.com with your order number.
Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid UPS label and return instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after your return is received and inspected.
Funds are returned to your original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
